Computer and Screen Reading Glasses are fitted with lenses with a blue light filter coating that reduces the amount of blue light that is emitted from all computer, lap top, tablet and even phone screens. Although unlikely to be harmful to your eyes, the blue light is a cause of fatigue when using screens for longer periods.
Also the coating has anti-reflection properties that reduce the secondary image of reflected screen light on your lens surface giving you a clearer crisper image to your eyes.
